Sometimes the very phrase "carrot cake" confuses many into a stupor, because not many are accustomed to seeing carrots in baking, but a surprise experience once. Beautiful orange shade is not the only advantage of the taste and flavor of the cupcake is impressive. Due to my great affection taste to the cream cheese, I decided to attach it to a carrot cake in the form of cheese balls and sweet smetana fill complement the taste.

Cooking
The products required.
Carrots grate on a fine grater.
Beat the eggs with the brown sugar until it is completely dissolved.
Add melted butter, salt, vanilla, baking powder, carrots and gradually add the sifted flour, knead the dough, creamy consistency.
Pour the batter into the form.
Of cottage cheese mixture, roll into 6 balls, if you use the cheese, you mix it with sugar to taste. Put the balls on the dough.
Bake in preheated oven at 180 deg. 30-40 minutes.
