A smoothie with oatmeal
Smoothies easy to turn the dessert into a healthy and hearty Breakfast. Just need to add fruit or berries, a bit of oat flakes TM "Mistral&a mp;quot; pre-filled with hot milk, and whisk. For a few minutes will be ready a tasty and easy smoothie with oatmeal for Breakfast.

Ingredients

  • Oat flakes

    5 Tbsp

  • Milk

    100 ml

  • Yogurt

    150 ml

  • Cherry

    100 g

  • Apple

    2 piece

  • Honey

  • Nuts

  • Dried fruits
