Description

Swedish onion bread
Very tasty, airy, wholesome bread. Prepared easily and quickly for bread made with white flour, from which I learn to give up. If we are in the sweet baked goods yet without it, the bread-it is certainly time to cook wholesome flour. In the Swedish original recipe used rye finely. When we lived there, difficulties with the purchase of ingredients does not occur, in Brazil this flour I have found, it was replaced by whole wheat, I want to say the quality and taste just won. You can try to experiment!

Cooking

step-0
250 ml of water, 50 ml of vegetable oil heated so that the fingers became nice, 37 degrees. Added 2 tsp of yeast and 1 tbsp sugar to start the fermentation process. Left to come, in the meantime, cut the onion and garlic. Preferably the onions cut smaller. I jumped until my daughter was pridemore, had a lot to do, so cut it as I could.
step-1
That yeast began to move, then that is what we want.
step-2
Add to them all the remaining ingredients: salt, prepared onions and garlic and flour. Still had the dried tomatoes, but I too found a simple store. And according to specialized there is no time to walk, baby can't get off. All the time mom needs. My babe❤
step-3
Mix everything and leave to go 30-40 minutes.
step-4
So here rises great! Previously tried many different recipes from whole wheat or rye flour, but the dough did not rise and the bread came out klekovaca. This recipe is a godsend. Knowingly dragged across the ocean this Swedish book on baking bread. Although I do not 100% adhere to the recipe, the result is excellent. As always, any recipe has to be creative and experiment. The main thing, so to speak, so start the thought of baking)))
step-5
You can now press down to form a bun and put into a form. This time I decided to split into two loaves, and that one too quickly eaten. Before the second loaf to start cutting, have to stop myself saying, "calm Down, mom! Think about the shape that age takes its toll and the daughter little more, I need to save the form to it in his youth did not hesitate".
step-6
Left to rise for 30 minutes. In form, too, sounded fine. Put in the oven, how much I cared, did not have time to detect. The original recipe recommended 45 minutes at a temperature of 200 C'.
step-7
As said, the first loaf was over in five minutes, somehow managed to photograph the remains.
