Ingredients

  • Brown sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Cheese

    80 g

  • Yogurt

    125 g

  • Milk

    125 g

  • Mint

  • Orange

    0.5 piece

  • Raspberry

    100 g

In the bowl of a blender put the cheese, yogurt, milk and cane sugar TM Mistral. Whisk for a few seconds until smooth.

Mint remove the leaves from half an orange squeeze juice. Add orange juice and mint in a blender to a milk-cheese mixture and again whisk until all grinding mint.

Finally add the raspberries. And once again stir the cocktail for a few seconds.

Pour smoothie in glasses or cups and decorate with fresh raspberries and mint leaves.
