  • Cocoa powder

    2 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Sugar

    150 g

  • Cinnamon

    0.5 tsp

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Vanilla

    1 pinch

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Orange zest

    0.5 tsp

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

Cooking

The softened butter vzbit with sugar.

Still whisking, add the eggs one by one, each time carefully mixing.

Add the cinnamon, cocoa, salt, vanilla and orange zest. Mix well.

Add the flour and baking powder. Stir until smooth.

Put the dough in a greased form. Bake at 180 C for 20-25 minutes.
