Baked fish with mushrooms and cheese
It is unreal tasty fish, this dish has no name and does not belong to any particular cuisine, but it is truly magical and wonderful. Try this Royal dish at least once, and it's the first piece will win Your heart and will forever become Your favorite dish!

Ingredients

  • Fish fillets

    2 piece

  • Mushrooms

    200 g

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Tomato

    2 piece

  • Cheese

    150 g

  • Mayonnaise

    2 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Dill

    1 tsp

  • Flour

  • Vegetable oil

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Spices

Cut the fish into 6 servings, each rump roast into three parts (I did half portion, so the photo is more). Season with salt and pepper to taste. Add spices as desired. Leave to marinate for 15 min.

Dip the fish in flour.

Fry in vegetable oil over high heat.

Until Golden brown, Until soft.

Put fried fish in baking pan where it will bake, and place them on the sidelines.

Cut the onion into half rings, mushrooms into thin plates.

Fry in vegetable oil with salt and pepper until almost cooked.

While the mushrooms are cooling, make sauce. Mix mayonnaise, garlic and dill. (I have in the kitchen dill was not: (

Smear the fish with garlic sauce:)

Put early blanched, cleaned from skin and thinly sliced tomatoes. Two slices per serving.

Then have cooled by this time mushrooms.

Send all this beauty in a previously preheated 200 degree oven. Bake at 180-200 degrees for about 20-25 minutes until Golden cheese crust.
