The pike-perch in egg sauce
Very tasty dish, simple enough to prepare. Men like especially! :-)

Ingredients

  • Fish

    1 kg

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Butter

    2 Tbsp

  • Lemon

    0.25 piece

  • Black pepper

  • Salt

  • Bay leaf

    2 piece

  • Water

    100 ml

Fish clean, cut into pieces, sprinkle with salt and put in the fridge for 30 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 180*C. In a refractory form spread pieces of walleye. On each slice put a small piece of butter (for me they're just tiny). The fish pepper. Pour some water, put the Bay leaf and sprinkle the fish with lemon juice.

Take a boiled egg. Clean it and finely chop. Mix with a tablespoon of butter, potseluem and pepper. Get an egg cream.
