Chicken legs stuffed with mushrooms
Accidentally saw this recipe on the Internet. I really liked the ease of preparation and availability of products, and the result is, of course, pleased.

Ingredients

  • The chicken legs

    4 piece

  • Mushrooms

    300 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Cream

    80 ml

  • Bread crumbs

    70 g

  • Butter

    30 g

  • Greens

    5 sprig

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

That's all we need.

To start, remove the bone from all four legs. Cut chicken leg along the bone, then remove meat from bones, moving up to the joint. And at the end of a detachable joint of meat. Don't worry, it's very easy, simple and fast. The knife must be very sharp.

Legs prepared, now let's prepare the filling. Onion cut into small cubes and stew in butter (in originala recipe) until Golden brown. I stewed in olive oil.

Mushrooms cut into small cubes, add to the onions, stir and saute 5 minutes until soft.

To the onions and mushrooms add the cream and stir, then add the breadcrumbs and all mix well. Salt, pepper to taste. Off.

Parsley wash, dry, finely chop, add to stuffing and mix well. The stuffing is ready. This filling is called doxil, it can be stuffed with different vegetables and a whole chicken.

Put the chicken legs skin-side down and slightly repel, salt, pepper.

Divide the stuffing into 4 parts. On the middle legs, put 1/4 of the filling and the edge of it raised up, closing them, filling and forming a ball.

Put legs on a baking sheet seam side down, grease with melted butter.

Bake in a preheated oven at 190*C for approximately 20-30 minutes, guided by your oven, until Golden ruddy color. The dish is very hearty, so I recommend to serve with fresh vegetables. Bon appetit!
