Casserole with potatoes and crab sticks
The same series of simple and accessible recipes. For my taste, I prefer fried crab sticks, especially with onions.

Ingredients

  • Crab sticks

    150 g

  • Potatoes

    5 piece

  • Sour cream

    0.5 cup

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

Cooking

Peel the onion and cut into half rings. In a frying pan melt the butter and fry in it the onion and chopped shrimp, stirring constantly.

Peeled potatoes cut into thin rings. Half of the potatoes to put in a heatproof dish, flatten, sprinkle with salt and pinch of pepper. Black pepper can be replaced by white.

On top put crab sticks with onion.

And cover them with the other half of the potatoes. Pour sour cream or cream.

Cover the form with foil and put in heated to 220*C oven. After 15 minutes, remove the foil and bake until Golden brown.

When serving you can sprinkle with herbs.
