Pumpkin pot
Autumn is the season of pumpkin. Offer a recipe for the season and another answer to the recurrent question: "What to cook pumpkin?"

Ingredients

  • Pumpkin

    1 piece

  • Minced meat

    300 g

  • Potatoes

    2 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Mayonnaise

    1 Tbsp

  • Cheese sausage

    100 g

  • Salt

  • Allspice

To prepare the pumpkin. (At me it is small, so the amount of toppings on such a size, be guided by its pumpkin ingredients). Cut a "lid", remove the seeds, scraping with a spoon the pulp.

On a coarse grater grate the potatoes, season with salt.

To the mince add salt, pepper, separately, finely chop the onion.

Begin to stuff the pot. Layer potatoes, layer onions, ground beef put on top of that the potatoes were filled with meat juice. Up a little mayonnaise. Close the pumpkin lid and bake it in the oven (180*C). I had 2 hours. 15 minutes until cooked remove the lid and pious sprinkle with the cheese, I chose the sausage because it imparts a slightly smoky flavour.
