Fish cakes with wild rice and spicy sauce of roasted garlic
Effective, dietary, nutritional dish. The result of my kitchen experiments. Husband, and most importantly the kids were ecstatic! Try it, it's very, very tasty!

Ingredients

  • Greens

    100 g

  • Flour

    4 Tbsp

  • Black pepper

    0.5 tsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Lemon

    1 piece

  • Salmon

    170 g

  • Wild rice

    170 g

  • Cumin

    0.5 tsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Yogurt

    150 g

  • Curry

    0.5 tsp

  • Garlic

    2 piece

  • Butter

    1 tsp

Cooking

Wild rice cook according to instructions until tender.

Turn on the oven, put into it a thick-walled cast-iron form, and heat to 200C for 15-20 minutes. Lean fillet of salmon, such as pink salmon and chum salmon, cut into small pieces.

Mix fish, rice, egg, chopped herbs, flour, salt, pepper, 2-3 tbsp lemon juice, cumin. Knead well (preferably by hand).

From this mass with wet hands shape the meatballs, 8 pieces. If the mass of poorly glued together - add another tablespoon of flour.

Remove from the oven hot form. Brush with a thin layer of melted butter, and gently lay the cakes. cut 2 of the garlic cloves and spread with butter and lay there.

Bake the fish cakes for about 7-8 minutes, then gently flip and bake another 7-8 minutes. Remove roasted garlic and prepare the sauce. For this garlic mash (you can use a blender), add yogurt (or sour cream), salt and curry. Mix. Serve fish cakes with a spicy sauce and a slice of lemon. Bon appetit!
