Cupcakes cottage cheese and buckwheat
These cupcakes are, I think, can be attributed to diet. Curd, buckwheat flour, vegetable oil, low sugar and natural filling. Isn't dietary?!

Ingredients

  • Cheese

    400 g

  • Buckwheat flour

    4 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Salt

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Jam

    10 tsp

Cooking

Turn on the oven, heating to 170 degrees. Cottage cheese, eggs, butter and sugar to put in the bowl of a food processor. Mix on low speed. Flour, salt and baking powder, mix, sift. To add to to the curd mass. Knead thoroughly.

In tins to put 1 tsp. of mass, wetting the spoon in the water. To the middle place 1/2 tsp of jam.

Close the jam test, expanding again 1 tsp of dough. Bake for 20 - 25 minutes at 170 degrees. Spread from the molds, cool.
