Vanilla
1 pack

Soda
1 pinch

Salt
1 pinch
Cooking
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. In a bowl, whisk the cheese, sugar, egg and vanilla.
Add the cocoa and beat again.
Add flour, soda, salt and mix thoroughly with a spoon.
Grease the molds with butter, fill with the mixture and send in the oven for 35 minutes.
All! Cottage cheese-chocolate cupcakes ready! They come out very light and fluffy. ( not dry) serve with tea, dear friends!
