step-1
So, let's start. First make the marinade: mix soy sauce, vegetable oil, salt, pepper and finely chopped ginger (optional). Sauce marinade for cuts of steak for 10 to 15 minutes each.
step-2
While the fish is marinating, we have free time. Slice the mushrooms and finely chop the parsley.
step-3
Cut two pieces of aluminum foil measuring approximately 25*30 cm On each piece of foil lay out a layer of mushrooms, they put salmon steak and liberally grease it with French mustard. Then again a layer of mushrooms and parsley.
step-4
On each steak place a slice of butter and drizzle it with wine. As you know, French cuisine anywhere without wine... a Small amount of wine does not hurt, but will only give this dish an incredible aroma and unique delicate taste!
step-5
Continue... the edges of the foil to collect in the middle, being careful not to damage the connected (or in the process of baking all the juice runs out, which we didn't really need). Wrap so that the foil does not fit tightly should be a place for air. Will get the envelope. The same is done with the second steak. Lay out the wrappers on a baking sheet and put into pre heated oven to 200 degrees. The fish is cooked quite quickly, about 10-15minutes
