  • Salt

  • Sugar

  • Carrots

Take all necessary ingredients, cut in small cubes meat, clean and cut into strips or cubes carrots grind it with the flour, onion cut into half rings, dried-washed. Fry the carrots in a small amount of chicken fat. Add the dried fruit. Season with salt and sugar, add water and simmer until almost cooked.

In the casserole or deep frying pan melt a bit of the chicken fat, fry the onion, add the meat. slightly protrusive. On top of the meat spread the carrot-fruit mixture, add more salt, sugar if necessary, the sweet taste needs to be expressed otherwise-it's not a feature. Add ginger, simmer under a lid until tender meat.
