Potato pizza with spinach
Flavorful gourmet pizzas for lovers of Mediterranean cuisine. Products for the dough:

Boil potatoes in their skins, peel, mash with a fork, measure 170 g potatoes, add salt, sugar, warm water (170 ml) and stir.

In a bowl mix the flour, yeast, nutmeg and Parmesan. In the bucket of a bread machine pour in the potato pulp, olive oil, add the flour mixture. Turn on the bread machine "homemade dough".

Prepare the filling. Spinach and leeks is very good rinse, peel the garlic. Cut into rings garlic cloves and leeks, just chop the spinach.
