Description

Dory fillet baked with tomatoes
Very tasty and tender fish. I first bought for the New year. Looking for a filet of halibut for the filler, but it was gone. I was advised to buy a fillet of Dori, which I was very happy because the jelly turned out delicious. Since we are very fond of this fish (even my husband, who fish not very respectful). Dori fillet a very tender, soft, snow-white, it nice and easy to prepare, this fish is very delicate for those who can't stand a specific odor in the preparation of certain types of fish. The Dory fish is very lean, containing only 6гр of fat per 100g of product, but the protein - as much as 20gr, calories-90 kcal! Dori is suitable for: sautéing, frying, grilling, fryers, baking in an oven, for roasting and for cooking in a microwave oven. I really like to bake it with tomatoes.

As a sign of the miracle, on each side of the fish was the imprint of the finger of St. Peter in the form of large round black spots. Such monetary success doesn't happen again, but the fish and still have the above mentioned spots and there is a belief that Dori brings a wealth.
