Leg of lamb, baked in the sleeve
Requiring virtually no attention to the recipe. While decided to cook the leg, drew guests. Wanted to buy another one, but was not, took the blades - 2 PCs. But that is another recipe after this one.

Ingredients

  • Lamb

    1 piece

  • Spices

    0.5 tsp

  • Mustard

    2 tsp

  • Salt

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

With feet cut away the excess fat, grease and film. Cut off the junk bone.

Herbs grind in a mortar, mix with salt and make a "strong" massage, rubbing mixture into meat. Then daubed mustard and 3-4 hours in the cold. Better on longer, but I, as always, time was running out.

Preheat the oven to 220*, necessarily, need heat stroke! Foot in the sleeve on a baking sheet and back!

30-40 minutes at 220*. Then cut to 170-180* and a half hour boldly and do not look. Then open the sleeve and pour the separated juice and bake (for the crust) for 20-30 minutes, how many will survive

Take out, let cool slightly and serve with anything your heart desires!
