I saw in the store this forks and decided that we haven't ate cabbage rolls. And all because this kind of cabbage on sale is rare. And stuffed I love only her. Used to grow it in the country...
Meat (beef and pork) scrolled on a meat grinder (50/50). Cut onions, carrots three on a coarse grater and all the fry in small amount of vegetable oil. By roasting vegetables filling becomes more juicy and tasty. Vegetables to cool and mix with minced meat, rice flakes, spices, salt.
