Ingredients

  • Cashews

Cut Chinese cabbage (granulate optional).

In boiling salted water, throws the leaves Lavrushka, frozen calamari rings and peeled shrimp for 2-3 minutes. Bring to a boil is not necessary - we just need to heat the seafood, otherwise they will become rubbery.

There, stirring continuously, put the reheated calamari with shrimp, noodles, pour the lemon juice and fish sauce, sprinkle with sugar and chili pepper, put half of the chopped nuts, add the cabbage. Over high heat for 3-5 minutes fry everything, don't stop stirring.

Put on a plate and sprinkle top with remaining nuts. For fans of salt the recommend to pour a little soy or diluted with water fish sauce (1 part fish sauce to 2 parts water + a bit of lemon juice) directly on the plate, but, of course, previously try. Bon appetit!
