This cake was cooking we Mama. Very simple recipe, regular milk, because condensed milk is too sweet. Very wonderful basic recipe. You can add fresh fruit, berries, dried fruits and nuts.

Cooking
Egg whisk with sugar, so the sugar is dissolved. I do it manually.
120 g of milk and 100 g sugar to the heated, stirring constantly, until sugar is dissolved
Milk pour in eggs, add flour, cocoa, bicarbonate of soda, slaked vinegar. All mix well to avoid lumps
Form (detachable) grease with butter, pour back the dough and bake it in the oven at 170-180 degrees for about 30 minutes. The time depends on the oven. Readiness check wooden stick.
Take out the cake (more like pie😉) from the oven, allow to cool a little.
Take out the cake from the mold, cut off the lower part and the upper cut into pieces (size and shape depend on your imagination)
Make the cream. For this cream (it should be not too thick) whisk well with the sugar.
Prepare the fondant. To do this in a saucepan put the sour cream, sugar and cocoa. Over medium heat, stirring constantly, bring to a boil. Add the butter, stir and put that sweet little cool ( it will become thicker and will not run off the cake). The pieces of cake to dip into the cream and spread slide on the lower part of it. Pour on top of Fudge. Send holodilnik at least 4 hours, preferably overnight! From the top you can sprinkle anything you want such as nuts or coconut.????
