This cake I'm making for new year's weekend, when guests come, but no one wants all meat, just spend a pleasant time over tea! The recipe for this, surprisingly, I found in the catalog Oriflame )), when buying silicone molds "Tree". Molds like in the winter I bake them, not just this cake, but the cake is very nice also. Ingredients

  • Flour

  • Honey

  • Water

    250 ml

  • Egg white

  • Powdered sugar

  • Lemon juice

Margarine (butter) put in a warm place to soften. In a separate bowl mix all dry ingredients: flour, ginger, soda and sugar. RUB the margarine with the dry components to a homogeneous mass. Whisk the egg, add the honey and water and blend again. Pour the mixture into the dry ingredients and mix thoroughly.
