Cooking

step-0
In a small saucepan, melt half of the butter, then add the remaining oil, stir and remove from heat.
step-1
In a separate bowl, mix the water, sugar, salt and vinegar, mix well to dissolve sugar and salt. Then gradually add the sifted flour, stir constantly.
step-2
Add flour until the dough ceases to stick to hands. The dough should be soft. Wrap the dough in clingfilm and leave in the fridge for 1-2 hours.
step-3
Sprinkle work surface with flour. Divide the dough into 2 parts. From each part roll out a cake thickness of 2 mm
step-4
The surface of the pellet abundantly lubricated with oil, fold in half ( as shown in photo)
step-5
Then fold the other 2 sides, we get the envelope. Grease again with butter
step-6
Now collect in the center corners of the envelope. Close up all sides and turn over seam side down. If the dough warmed up, it is better to place in the refrigerator for 15 minutes. If the dough is warm, roll it again, adding the flour and again fold the envelope. To do it again, i.e. roll the dough 3 times.
step-7
Begin to form a pie. Roll out 2 pellets, 3-4 mm thick
step-8
At first the cake, apply an even layer of the stuffing
step-9
Cover with the second tortilla
step-10
Leaving in the centre a small circle ( for convenience, you can use a glass, Cup), make cuts from the center to the edges, then twist the segments in one direction 4 times.
step-11
Grease the surface with milk and sprinkle with sugar
step-12
Bake in preheated oven for 25-30 minutes at 180 degrees.
