Meatballs stewed with vegetables. Simple, tasty, flavorful and most importantly... fast! When I look at this dish, the first thing that comes to mind, is the beginning of autumn in Siberia. Nostalgia for childhood. So that's that.

Ingredients

  • Minced meat

    500 g

In minced meat add finely chopped onion, pre-soaked bread, rice; salt, pepper to taste and mix thoroughly. Of minced meat roll into small balls and put in a bowl one layer.

Once finished roasting, pour it prepared meatballs, salt and pepper to taste. If necessary, add water, cover, bring to a boil and simmer 15-20 minutes.

Remove the cookware from the heat, sprinkle the contents of the finely chopped herbs, stir again, cover with a lid and leave for another 5-7 minutes. All the dish is ready!
