Ingredients

  • Couscous

    80 g

  • Porridge

    110 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Sour cream

    1 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Salt

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Flour

    50 g

The cous-cous will soak with boiled water for 15-20 minutes. If you are using couscous another TM, then prepare it according to the instructions on the package.

If You don't have semolina, then cook it and cool. 100 ml of milk 10 g semolina.

Now connect the couscous with semolina, add egg, sugar, salt, sour cream, vegetable oil and mix. Then add the flour with the baking powder (I ran out of baking powder and I added a soda slaked) and thoroughly kneaded our dough is ready. The consistency of the dough is the same as for regular pancakes.

In a pan pour vegetable oil, heat on medium heat and bake two sides of our pancakes, spreading the batter using a tablespoon. I beauty used molds for eggs in the form of a heart and butterflies. Ready pancakes to put on paper napkins to get rid of excess fat and serve with hot fragrant tea.
