Cooking

step-0
So our test approach is not necessary, first, let's prepare the filling - cut the onion half-rings.
step-1
Cucumbers, tomatoes, sausages and cheese (100 gr. thin strips
step-2
All products for the filling mix.
step-3
Because I have sun-dried tomatoes, I also make the sauce. For starters, garlic crush with a knife, if there are parts, especially green, they need to pull out, so the garlic is less bitter. Finely chop the garlic with a knife, so it will be more fragrant. Combine garlic with tomato paste. Add 5 tablespoons of water (depending on the thickness of your tomato paste, I have a pretty thick), black pepper, some green onions.
step-4
We get here is a sauce (this sauce, only with greens, I do the barbecue instead of ketchup, if anyone is interested).
step-5
Now for the test. In a bowl pour milk, break eggs, add a little salt and butter.
step-6
Add a little flour, stir, add soda and gradually stir, add the remaining flour, try to make without lumps.
step-7
So I have the dough looks ready, not all pieces of butter have disappeared, but that's okay, in baking, they will melt and the cake will be moist.
step-8
In a form or pan greased with butter to pour a little less than half of the test. Put our stuffing. On top of the filling to distribute the sauce. Pour the remaining batter.
step-9
Grate cheese on a fine grater and mix with chopped greens (I dill and parsley).
step-10
Sprinkle the dough evenly.
step-11
Decorate, if desired, olives and send in a preheated oven (about 260 degrees) for 30-35 minutes.
