Pancakes with roasted peppers and radishes
I love pancakes for something that they can do whatever they pleased, but rather with toppings to them. Today, I have pancakes with roasted bell peppers and radishes. Unusual, spicy and of course delicious! ;)

Ingredients

  • Flour

    1.5 cup

  • Milk

    1 cup

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Soda

    0.5 tsp

  • Sugar

  • Salt

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Radishes

    3 piece

  • Dill

    500 g

  • Salt

  • The mixture of peppers

  • Cumin

Cooking

First prepare the dough for pancakes. Each family has its proven recipe, I prepared as follows: beat egg with pinch of sugar (if filling is not sweet, but if sweet sugar take 2-3 tablespoons) and salt, add cold milk, flour and knead the dough as for pancakes. Then add soda and boiling water bring the dough consistency to the pancake.

Give the dough rest for 15-20 minutes and bake pancakes, greasing the pan with vegetable oil "Oleina".

Further making the filling. Bell peppers wash, peel and seed, cut, put in shape, sprinkle with vegetable oil and put it into the preheated oven to 220S for 30-40 minutes. Then remove from the oven, cover the form and give to stand for 20-30 minutes.

When the pepper has cooled slightly, remove the skins and cut arbitrarily. Dill finely chop.

Radish wash, cut off the stems and RUB on a coarse grater.

Pepper, dill, radish mix, add salt, mixture of peppers, ground cumin.

Stuffing put on pancakes, rolled into a roll and serve.
