Pork roast with creamy mustard sauce

  • Cream

Preheat oven to 200 gr. Boil the potatoes until soft.

Place the potatoes and peppers in a baking dish.

Mix the mustard, oil, broth, salt and pepper.

Pour the mustard mixture over the vegetables. Mix by shaking the form to the vegetables covered with sauce.
