Cooking
Preheat oven to 200 gr. Boil the potatoes until soft.
Place the potatoes and peppers in a baking dish.
Mix the mustard, oil, broth, salt and pepper.
Pour the mustard mixture over the vegetables. Mix by shaking the form to the vegetables covered with sauce.
Put pork on vegetables. To make it tastier pork can be pre-prisolit for the night, but it is optional. Add salt, pepper. Bake 30 minutes or until the pork will not be baked.
Ready pork put on a plate, cover with foil and leave it for a while.
Meanwhile add the cream to the vegetables and parsley, mix well. Return to the oven and roast for another 10 minutes.
