Pancake rolls with fish and corn
Rolls prepared from pancake dough stuffed with canned corn and fish fillet.

Ingredients

  • Milk

    2 cup

  • Sunflower oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Flour pancake

    5 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Bran

    2 Tbsp

  • Sugar

  • Salt

  • Corn

    2 Tbsp

  • Fish fillets

    200 g

  • Mayonnaise

    2 tsp

  • Green onions

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

Make the dough. Pour milk into a deep container, add a pinch of sugar and salt. Then the egg, and wheat bran. Stir and begin to gradually mix in the flour to avoid lumps. The dough should be not too thick and not too rare. In the dough add the sunflower oil Oleina TM so that the pancakes don't stick to the pan.

Heat the pan, pour on a little of the dough and fry pancakes until Golden brown on both sides.

For the filling you will need boiled fillet of any fish. It must be cut into cubes and mix with canned corn and green onions. Add the mayonnaise and stir. Add salt to taste. The stuffing is ready.

One half of the pancake put a little stuffing and a collapsible roll.

With a sharp knife to cut roll into several pieces, put pieces on a plate and served to the table. Bon appetit!
