Corn-pumpkin muffins
Cooking options olada - thousands. But, for those who adhere to proper nutrition or diet, most recipes for pancakes don't fit: because of the wheat flour and a generous amount of oil. I propose a pancake recipe that did not harm the figure and will help to diversify the Breakfast.

Ingredients

  • Pumpkin

    200 g

  • Corn flour

    4 Tbsp

  • Milk

    5 Tbsp

  • Egg white

    1 piece

  • Vanilla

  • Leavening agent

Pumpkin peel, cut into pieces and boil until tender.

Pour 4 tablespoons corn flour, add one egg protein, vanilla. Stir.

Cooked pumpkin to cool and mash into a puree. Add 5 tbsp of milk, mix well.

Add the pumpkin to the flour and mix well. The dough will be like thick porridge.

Heat a non-stick pan and spoon to spread the dough. Fry 5-7 minutes on each side with the lid closed.
