Cooking options olada - thousands. But, for those who adhere to proper nutrition or diet, most recipes for pancakes don't fit: because of the wheat flour and a generous amount of oil. I propose a pancake recipe that did not harm the figure and will help to diversify the Breakfast.

Cooking
Pumpkin peel, cut into pieces and boil until tender.
Pour 4 tablespoons corn flour, add one egg protein, vanilla. Stir.
Cooked pumpkin to cool and mash into a puree. Add 5 tbsp of milk, mix well.
Add the pumpkin to the flour and mix well. The dough will be like thick porridge.
Heat a non-stick pan and spoon to spread the dough. Fry 5-7 minutes on each side with the lid closed.
Inside they are mushy because of the pumpkin, but the shape hold up well.
These are the pancakes turned out. You can serve it with anything-honey, yogurt, sour cream. Bon appetit!
