The dish is cooked very quickly, so all products it is better to prepare in advance: cut onion into half rings, olives in half, tomatoes - diced, cod into large pieces, grate the zest of, oranges, peel and divide into segments and remove membrane. You can use canned tomatoes instead of fresh, 800-850 ml.
