Salmon on vegetables with young potatoes
Quick, tasty and healthy! Baked salmon on bed of vegetables in cream. just take a chance and TRY it!!!

Ingredients

  • Salmon

    250 g

  • Cauliflower

    5 piece

  • Broccoli

    5 piece

  • Paprika sweet

    0.5 piece

  • Corn

    5 Tbsp

  • Lemon juice

    1 Tbsp

  • Cream

    100 ml

  • Spices

2 tablespoons olive (vegetable oil), quickly sauté the red bell pepper and canned corn, add the cauliflower and broccoli, pour the cream lightly saute 7-10 minutes.

Thawed salmon fillet cut into plates with a thickness of 1 cm, season with salt and pepper, sprinkle with lemon juice.

Vegetables put into baking dish and sprinkle the salmon pieces.

Bake in preheated oven for 15-20 minutes at temperature of 180 degrees.

Side dish: boiled potatoes.
