Rice with pork tongue and squash caviar
A simple dish, but very tasty. Language, canned mushrooms and eggs are perfectly combined.

  • The language of pork

    2 piece

  • Caviar

  • Chicken egg

  • Parsley

Here's a common and inexpensive squash caviar we sold. Most importantly, the eggs were watery.

Language boil in salted water. Cook for 1.5-2 hours. Cleaning of the tongue from skin and cut into strips.

Boil the rice. To the boiled rice add half a tin of tongue, and squash caviar, mix well and heat to simmer.

When serving, sprinkle with grated egg and decorate with parsley. Eggs and parsley not only decoration, it's part of the dish, without them it will be not so good.
