Schnitzel of lean pork. Meat is tender and soft.

Ingredients

  • Pork

    600 g

  • Flour

    5 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Vegetable oil

  • Potatoes

    600 g

  • Beans

    400 g

  • Horseradish

  • Garlic

Pork cut into schnitzels, beat off, to roll in flour

Fry in vegetable oil

Ready schnitzel with a Golden crust

Garnish boiled potatoes, beans, teaspoon of horseradish, garlic clove. Ketchup or white sauce. I don't like ketchup. For myself, I prepared the white sauce.

Juicy schnitzel. Cut well with a knife, well chewed.
