Pastry for lazy Housewives
Very rich dough, which requires almost no effort, but the blend of flour (the laziest can use a mixer). This recipe I found in a cooking book (the author, unfortunately, don't remember). The recipe I remember once, because you need to remember only the number of ingredients. In the end, it turned out very sweet, delicate dough, which is very suitable for bread or rolls. The dough is show on the example of the loaf with poppy seeds.

Ingredients

  • Milk

    1.5 cup

  • Sugar

    1.5 cup

  • Yeast

    1 Tbsp

  • Butter

    250 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 pack

  • Raisins

    0.5 cup

  • Flour

    5 cup

  • Mac

    0.5 cup

  • Salt

So, it's very simple. The dough begin to prepare the night before. Take the necessary ingredients, measure out the required quantity and put in an enamel bowl. So.. the Butter (chopped into pieces), sugar, eggs, milk (warm), yeast and raisins (washed). Without mixing, cover with a towel and leave overnight in the kitchen (to provide a warm place is not necessarily important to avoid drafts).

In the morning it turns out the foam mass, with quite a pungent smell yeast. The photo of the foam I have is not very visible, so I couldn't resist stirring things up. Initially the "cap" was much more. The result is not affected, just I did not take a picture..

Add the vanilla and a pinch of salt - to taste.

Now the most time-consuming moment. Add the sifted flour. 4 cups safely, and the fifth one pours as needed. To keep the flour you can with a mixer, with the kneading accessory. But I hands. First pot, then on the table, adding as needed flour (little by little, it was also the fifth Cup).

Knead it smooth, soft, and not adhering to the hands of the dough.. I kneaded from power for 5 minutes. It quickly becomes smooth and elastic, does not stick neither to the hands nor to the table (at the last stage have little to work with his hands, slightly crosses the dough on the table).

And then, as you wish.. Or form a bun, or you can make a loaf. Roll out the dough (not too thin, better on the parchment paper, greased. Then it is easier for the pan to move).

And spread the filling, any to Your taste. I just got a Mac and a little sugar. Collapsible roll.

Can offer another option toppings. Honey, butter, walnuts, raisins and ground breadcrumbs (preferably vanilla), melt, stirring constantly, over low heat. The number of ingredients at Your discretion that You more.. I love nuts so I add more of them. If it turns liquid, add the breadcrumbs or nuts or raisins. If thick oil.. If not sweet - the honey.. I always do "by eye"..

The rolls lubricated yolk, give a time for 25-30 minutes. During this time, preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Bake for 25-30 minutes, until tender. When serving, you can sprinkle sugar powder.
