  • Fish fillets

  • Butter

    1 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Milk

    0.333 cup

  • Seasoning

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Fillet skip through Mincer, to cut into and small pieces, as you like. In the resulting mince add the soft butter, egg, milk, seasoning, salt, pepper (to taste), parsley...

Mincemeat mix and form small "bars". The meat turns out very tender. Gently roll in flour or breadcrumbs and fry. BON APPETIT.
