The Vienna strudel

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Butter

    70 g

  • Apple

    550 g

  • Cinnamon

    0.5 tsp

  • Flour

    3 cup

  • Bread crumbs

    0.5 cup

  • Water

    0.25 piece

  • Sugar

    4 Tbsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    5 g

  • Almonds

    10 piece

Whisk two eggs with two tablespoons of sugar and salt. Add water and stir to dissolve salt and sugar. Sift flour on a work surface. Do in the center of the flour deepening, put in 50 grams of softened butter, pour in the egg mixture and knead the dough. Leave the dough to rest for 30-40 minutes.

One egg whisk and grease them strudel. Do a knife test a few punctures. Preheat the oven to a temperature of 200-220 degrees and put strudel with apples and cinnamon in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes.
