Mom gave me the pot, and it came with a booklet with recipes. One of them interested me... first, for the lazy, quick. And secondly, I love the combination of meat and lemon.

One lemon and the whole garlic cut into thin slices. From the second squeeze lemon juice.
Under the skin of chicken and put a few circles of the lemon, garlic and rosemary. The remaining lemon, garlic and rosemary lard chicken. And before that, do not forget to RUB the chicken with salt and pepper (I forgot).
Chicken put in a pan (or any dish for the oven). Prepare sauce: mix the lemon juice, vinegar (I used Apple) and sugar until smooth. Pour the chicken with the lid closed put it in a preheated 200 oven for 45 minutes (it says so in the recipe, I kept it for about 20 minutes longer), and then remove the lid and cook at the same temperature for another 30 min. (somewhere out).
