Mussels gratinate (gratinate)
Delicious, tender mussels melt in your mouth but combined with a spicy bread crust! You need a little work!

Ingredients

  • Mussels

    2 kg

  • Garlic

    5 tooth

  • Parsley

    1 coup

  • Bread crumbs

    200 g

Mussels remove beards and wash well in cold running water. Open shell and half clam laid on a baking sheet.

Parsley with peeled cloves of garlic grind in a blender or chop up very finely with a knife. Mix with the breadcrumbs. Fill shells with mixture.
