Cooking
Mussels remove beards and wash well in cold running water. Open shell and half clam laid on a baking sheet.
Parsley with peeled cloves of garlic grind in a blender or chop up very finely with a knife. Mix with the breadcrumbs. Fill shells with mixture.
Put in oven heated to 200 C for 15 minutes. Serve hot. Bon appetit!
