Not all kids like porridge. Especially oat. I don't like. Ugh.. so decided to make not just porridge, and delicious with different ingredients - it turned out a lot, so the leftovers I ate with pleasure, though Hercules so only ate in the morning after the birth of her son, being incredibly hungry.

Cooking
Boil oat porridge with milk - pour in 1/3 Cup of cereal with hot milk, add salt and 1 tsp sugar, bring to boil, reduce the heat and cook until tender on low heat.
Whip the cream with 1 tbsp sugar.
Grind the cranberries with the remaining sugar. Mix with cottage cheese.
Put in a bowl of porridge, and top with cranberry curd, the top layer - whipped cream. Bon appetit
