Buckwheat with stewed meat and mushrooms
My standard dish. Very simple, quick and tasty. Only 4 ingredients) and time to cook something else.

Ingredients

  • Buckwheat

    2 cup

  • Stew

    1 can

  • Mushrooms

    1 can

  • Soy sauce

    80 ml

Cooking

Buckwheat iterate to a boil. Do not add salt!

With mushrooms, drain water and cut smaller.

Stew to warm up in a frying pan, chop the pieces with a spatula.

To the stew add the mushrooms and soy sauce, saute for about five minutes, the liquid partially evaporates. The soy sauce I poured on the eyes, somewhere 1/3-1/4 250-gram bottle. If in doubt, better not to add, will add later.

Ready buckwheat to shift the contents of the pan and mix well. Try it, if too little salt, add soy sauce.

You can eat a good lunch :) it really goes well with pickles and tomatoes.
