Juicy loin in a marinade of herbs and tomato.

Ingredients

  • Loin

    700 g

  • Arugula

    100 g

  • Tomato

    4 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Parsley

    2 tsp

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Olive oil

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Loin of lamb cut into portions.
