Pumpkin baked with chicken ventricles
The number of products put into the pumpkin, of course, depends on its size. My pumpkins were small, weighing up to 0, 5 kg. For the competition "Bright mood".

Ingredients

  • Pumpkin

  • Chicken stomachs

  • Onion

  • Soy sauce

  • Mayonnaise

    1 Tbsp

  • Greens

Pumpkin wash, cut off her lid. Gently spoon select the pulp, leaving a wall thickness of 1 cm Pulp free from seeds and cut into cubes.

Chicken gizzards finely chop. Onions clear and finely chop. Mix the pumpkin cubes with the ventricles and onions, add chopped greens. Put the stuffing in the pumpkin, pour into it the soy sauce, put the mayonnaise.

Sprinkle with seasonings, cover with a lid. Put the pumpkin in an ovenproof form and bake in the oven for 40-45 minutes.
