Lean pizza
For me pizza is a lifesaver. It is possible to prepare and to meet guests on check in, and if in the morning you can enjoy Breakfast. In the days of fasting I also treated their loved pizza, but only with food and vegetable preparation.

Ingredients

  • Flour

  • Yeast

  • Salt

  • Water

    100 g

  • Sunflower oil

  • Ketchup

    1 Tbsp

  • Onion

  • Mushrooms

  • Tomato

    1 piece

  • Pepper

    0.5 piece

  • Olives

    0.333 can

  • Greens

    0.333 coup

Prepare a baking dish. Put her paper for baking and dough-based. The dough you can use the purchase or knead yourself. For the dough mix the dry ingredients: flour, yeast, salt. Add the oil and add the water. You should get stiff dough. It should roll under your uniform with a thickness of about 5 mm.

Fry in sunflower oil onion. I prefer to cut rings on a grater - quickly and conveniently. Spread fried onions on the pizza.

The next ingredient is chopped parsley. Add the greens better in the middle of the pizza so it does not burnt.
