Ingredients

  • Soy sauce

    100 ml

  • Vinegar

    1 Tbsp

  • Ginger

    30 g

  • Green onions

    1 coup

  • Garlic

    4 tooth

  • Peanut oil

    3 Tbsp

We will need the following ingredients:

Fresh ginger root peel and grate on a fine grater. Crush the garlic with a knife. Cut white part of green onions and finely chop.

In a frying pan over medium heat, heat the peanut oil. Put fresh ginger, garlic and white part of green onions, sauté stirring for 1 minute.
