Meatballs in sour cream
I bought some frozen ground Turkey. How long he lay in my freezer and then, finally, I decided to use it. And you know, it turned out very nice! Recommend!

Ingredients

  • Minced Turkey

    1000 g

  • Bread

    300 g

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Sour cream

    1 cup

  • Seasoning

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Allspice

    5 piece

  • Bay leaf

    2 piece
