Cooking
Trout fillet cut into squares (rectangles) of size 6-8 cm
In a hot pan melt the butter, fry the trout fillet (3-5 min) on one side, flip, put a slice of cheese on each piece of trout.
Cover with a lid (so the cheese melted), cook until tender (3-5 min). Decorate and serve hot on the table.
