Ingredients

  • Honey

    2 tsp

  • Mustard

    2 Tbsp

  • Cards

    100 g

  • Cream

    2 cup

  • Pork

    1 kg

  • Salt

  • Seasoning

Pork wash, dry.

To mix mustard with honey, salt and seasoning. Smear this mixture into the meat.

Fold the meat in a deep dish, pour over the cream. Put in a cool place for 1 hour.

From dates remove pits, chop.

Put the meat together with the sauce on a baking sheet, sprinkle with dates. Cook in oven for 40 minutes, occasionally pouring the resulting sauce.

Ready meat to serve with potatoes or rice.
