The idea with the cake-box had learned from the Internet-author Olesya thank you very much for this. The cake in my hands has undergone some changes and additions. Very delicious with sponge cake soaked in brandy syrup. Fountain of walnuts, bananas, chocolate and a cake is waiting for you a little surprise...

Ingredients

Prepare the sponge cake:beat Eggs with a mixer in a lush lather. Then, gradually adding sugar, beat until a thick foam. Gradually add sifted through a sieve the flour and gently mix the dough with a spoon, lifting layer after layer, until you absorb the flour. Grease the pan(preferably springform) with vegetable oil(glass is not necessary,only the bottom).Bake in the oven at 200 till the moment,until it becomes Golden,turn down to 150,not burned,and cooked.The first 10 min the OVEN should NOT be opened,otherwise the cake will fall.

When cake has finished baking(readiness check toothpick), you need to open the oven door and leave cake in the oven to avoid sudden temperature changes.Soak it after baking at least 8-12 hours

Have a biscuit to cut the lid, thickness 2 cm. the Lid aside.

To prepare brandy syrup: In a saucepan pour water, pour sugar, stir, bring to a boil over high heat. Syrup remove from heat and cool to a temperature of 36-37°C. In the cooled syrup pour brandy and stir.
