Oatmeal loaf
Tender, flavorful oatmeal loaf for Breakfast with a Cup of coffee!

Ingredients

  • Milk

    250 ml

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Flour

    400 g

  • Oat flakes

    150 g

  • Yeast

    2 tsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Sesame

Oat flakes grind in a blender until small pieces, but not quite flour.

In warm milk add yeast, and 0.5 tablespoon of sugar, stir and leave in a warm place for 15-20 minutes until the "yeast beanie".

Yeast has activated, start to knead the dough.

In a bowl, combine flour, crushed corn flakes, salt and 0.5 tbsp sugar. Mix well.

Add yeast mixture, egg, pour vegetable oil.

Knead the dough. Soft, elastic, does not stick to hands. Knead for 5-7 minutes on the surface (if necessary podpisem surface with flour). Grease the bowl and dough ball with vegetable oil, cover the bowl with the dough with a cloth and leave for 1.5-2 hours in a warm place to rise.

Roll out one portion of dough into a thin rectangular layer.

Leave the loaves to rest for another 30 minutes. Send them in to bake in preheated to 180 degrees oven for 25-30 minutes. Ready take out the loaves from the oven, allow them to cool completely.
